There seem to be people who always have conflict of some kind in their lives at any given time are constantly changing jobs because of problems with employers and co-workers:problem always the fault of someone else. It would appear that the world to such people that without proper prompting they are simply the subject of negative talk bad treatment and disrespect. Granted we all find ourselves from time to time at odds with another but that should be the not the rule. For those with whom it is the rule the problem is most likely found within themselves. Certain personalities types are such that clashing with others is a regular occurrence. Some people generally domineering in their relationships and they carry themselves in a way that can initialy off-putting to others. These people will cause conflict and negative feelings in the people they interact with. But people even know it most of the time due do their lack of sensivity and empathy for the fellow human.But then there are those who are very sensitive and dramatic in their dealings with other people if they are committed on offense against someone else. they will react very emotionally and mere confrontation by the other person about their behavior. This is usually an effor to deflect accountability by attempting to draw sympathy from their accuser:manipulation in its most basic form.These are the people who will often potray themselves as the victim of something. What advise you will give friends in such situations ?
