Has anyone ever tried Slimfast?

i have used it in the past, but i have found that it never left me feeling full. i have not tried the new one yet. the problem with slimfast is that once you go off it, if you do not watch what you eat you will gain all your weight back. i want to join weight watchers, as i have tried all the diets and have found that the only way to lose weight is by eating right and exercising. which i have not done in a while because i sit in front of this computer. : ) good luck.
