Most of us usually do not treat those who work for us, properly.Whether they are the sweepers,our maids,clerks,subordinates or anyone working under us.How do you treat those working under you?Do you,too like majority of people, abuse them?Do they get the rightful respect from you?And if not,do you think you are really justified in your conduct? Don't you think they too are humans and should be treated well?Don't you agree to the fact that people should be giving a little more space to them?

We have had maids at home and I believe that we should not treat them badly. They are people too. They can feel. We should respect them and treat them well. After all, I believe in the saying do unto others what you want others to do to you. Show kindness and it will come back to you. If not then that's the time when you can do something about it.
