I'm mad whenever someone tries a lot to make me mad, so I give him a reward and becomes mad. but usually i'm a calm person

i choose be mad when something is going wrong, not as my expectation. Therefore, i make decision when i choose be mad, i go to sleep, my madness will release after getting up.
