I find that it's easier to learn certain languages if you are enrolled in a class with a few other students. Learning japanese by yourself can be very tedious, especially when trying to learn all the basic kanji. My advice is that you should try to find a japanese class that is not too expensive and isn't too crowded. Some people do learn by themselves, but personally, I think that's difficult with japanese and what you end up spending on books is only a bit less than what you'll spend on classes. I started to study japanese by myself and learned the basics, but for more advanced topics you need help from a teacher, someone who can clear up your doubts and questions.
About the classes, I can make one suggestion: start by checking at the japanese embassy of your country, some japanese embassies have japanese language courses at low prices.

Learning involve investment. These includes your basic resource, which are time, effort and money. You may exert more time and effort to reduce your cost. however, you may visit some website such as TheJapanesePage.com, they a lot of information regarding learning japanese. There are ebooks also available on the web, if you are lucky you can find some audio file teaching how to speak japanese properly as normal japanese does...

if you really want to learn japanese, having a japanese class is the easiest way to learn it...
You will just spend 2 hours every day for 2 months...
Within that span of days you will learn the basics, how to write and speak... But if you dont have time maybe you can read english - japanese dictionary..
If you are eager enough, i bet you will learn...
I also want to learn, i just spend some time reading...
Thanks!

You can learn japanese laguage in a small cost. I think you need the program. A Japanese software program to be install in your computer. So anytime you will just access on your computer to learn everything. On the program you will learn everything about japanese language as well its meaning in English.
I studied Japanese Language for cost of 11,000.00 pesos plus handouts. So I learn by myself. The secrete of learning Japanese is to learn its basic grammar then have a continues conversation in a Japanese.
