Hackers, Crackers ----- should they be forced under Cyber Laws

hi frens....u must have heard of all these Hackers/Crackers browsing thru the internet to get some good amount of data..... Do u think we shud have all these laws forced upon the Master of the Computer World ---- are they really a threat to the society or it's jst for fun tht they do all this...... Personally, i feel there knowledge should be explored for the betterment of the society.....Cyber Laws should be relaxed judging there past history.....wht u all feel buddies....
