I don't condem women for not wearing underwear under a skirt I have done the same in the past and I am not trashy. It was just an unfortunate angle at which that pic was taken. She is obviously too young to know how to properly rise when one is not wearing panties. You keep your knees together and you slide forward, the knees should only part after one has already attained ones feet. Or one should put on her underdrawers until she learns to rise like a lady.
