Finding Fulfillment in Life

The question of finding fulfillment and happiness in life has always been an interest of mine. I've made some nice discoveries in the past 40 years or so, but I would like to hear from you. Have you come across anything in your lifetime that you would like to share that has made your life richer and more fulfilling?

I found fulfillment in others, in my family, my friends, in being able to help who else is needing. I dont fill my life with myself.
