Millions in the world welcome a new year with a bang.Thousand Liters of alchohol is consumed and thereafter millions drive home.There have always been cases of rash driving and accidents in the papers the next day.I do not sleep until I have taken care to find out whether all my alchoholic friends are safely home.
Why this madness?Can't we have a sober welcome to the new year?
Life is precious.When you have to drive do not drink and if u are drunk do not drive.Let us try to welcome 2007 in a much more sobre way! Amen.

Yes my freind i fully agree with u. Many tragic deaths place because of this madness on evrynew year. besides the drunk many innocents also loose their life which is avery sad way welcoming new year. Yes let us all come together and decide to welcome the new year in a sober way. This a very good topic and i hope more people respond to it.
