The Flu

What to do you for a very bad cold or the flu? I sleep and take nightquil ( sp ? ).

if it is really bad i will take alkaselser or a few there cold/flu meds. most uesally i just tough it out. with 3 small kids i can't take styuff to help me sleep for i will not sleep it all off

I usually just ride it out. I've heard that if you don't take any medication, it will clear up faster.
