this photo was taken by south african photographer kevien carter during sudan famine,this picture is showing a vulture waiting for the child to get die to have a prey lunch... people started asking newspapers whom kevin give the picture...that whether he saved the child or not, but as said by kevin "UN representatives stopped any one to go near them or they get infected with the diseases"..but kevin couldn't satisfy his inner and suicided after this incident....but the question is can we stop happening these scenes any more?
