What will make you give up your life?

This may sound like a very hard question but its easy enough for me. I would give up my life for my babies. There's nothing in the world that I wouldn't give up for them, for my family. I would rather die knowing that they're safe and alive than live and not have them by my side. I have never really understood before how strong the bond of a mother is to her child until I had my own. Now, I know why some mothers are martyrs, why some tolerate their children even if they know that what their children did was wrong. I was very critical about those mothers then, now I know I would do the same... How about you, what would make you give up your life?
