I think that Americans made a big mistake by giving Bush a second mandate.

Bush said that he was given a mandate when he won by a very small margin of votes in 2004. A mandate would be if he won by an overwhelming amount. In 2000 he was appointed by the supreme court as president not elected. Also there was massive election fraud during both elections. Even with the election fraud Bush lost the popular vote meaning more Americans voted agaist him than for him. Please don't blame all Americans for Bush's actions. I for one did not vote for hime, and most people I speak with hate him.

You are wrong. Bush won the largest popular vote in American history in 2004. He won the electoral college in 2000 which is the only thing necessary to win the election. Its been that way for years and years, no one had a problem with it until then.

I believe that Reagan won by the largest margin in presidental elections- at least in the last 50 years. As for the electoral college everyone gets all upset about it every 4 years no mater who wins, but no one ever takes action to change things. I take back what I wrote about most people I speak with hate Bush. You seem to support him and I'm speaking with you aren't I? :)

a second mandate? you mean a second term? no, i don;t like bush and i think that he has made a lot of bad decisions. i don;t have a lot of faith in the american public tho and a lot of them are just the blind leading the blind. finally tho his approval rating is very low and the congress elections have gone mor ein favor of the democrats, so i thin i smell change in the air.
