Spend it with my family and throw out some of the junk I have managed to accumulate over the years but I don't think that I would sleep though.
However, I would also be reluctant to accept the advice because basically I am a positive person.

If I was given one day to live my biggest priority would be my family and making sure they know how much I love them, I would want to know that my kids know how much I love them and how much joy they have brought into my life.
