Emotional battles in the 21st century

I personally battle with people who are dishonest. It seems that people have lost their ability to be honest in the 21st Century. Dishonesty causes a emotional conflict within me as I can usually tell when they are being dishonest - do I tell them I know and cause a confrontation or do I keep my mouth shut and live with it?
