How to verify paypal account..I am from India..

I am from India ..I need to know how to verify my paypal account..I have just started on with it..And other than online shopping if i wanna use my paypal amount to shop on cash..How can i cash it out..Is there any provision to transfer funds from paypal account to my bank account in my home country..

To verify your paypal account you either need to provide to them a your credit card number or your bank account number, getting verified with your credit card is instant using your bank account takes about 2-3 days to process.

yeah exactly !! if you have verfied account then you will never face any problems ! but if you have unverified then there are some limitations !
