Jesus was going along the road with his disciples and he saw some people gather around a woman, waiting to pelt her with stones. When Jesus inquired, the people said that the woman was of loose character and will be stoned according to the law. Jesus looked at the people and said, “OK that’s what has to be done, but let he who has not sinned cast the first stone.” Everyone looked at each other and slowly put the stones down and left one by one. Just as Jesus relaxed a stone came from far and missing the woman hit him on the forehead. Holding his forehead Jesus shouted, “Mother, can you keep away from my work?”
