Can you think while speaking?

speaking means ................ responding to something or speaking to audience .....! anyway, you have to use your brains! but while responding to somebody else, you can first think and then speak .... no need of thinking while speaking! and while speaking to audience ..... like giving speech or a oration, you have to think while you are speaking ....... think what will be your next line !!!

I have to think to speak I do think sometimes in silence

anyone who understands what he or she says can definitely think while they are "speaking"
