Boot Camps for kids child abuse????

Do you think boot camps for troubled kids and teens are child abuse or necessary for todays troubled youth. Would you consider sending your child/teen to a boot camp if they were out of control?

I think sometimes parents have no other option but boot camp. If it came down to it, I would send my child to boot camp. I think boot camp is a way to but kids in their place before they mess their lives up very bad.
