how many of u do exercise daily????????

I unfortunately do not have the luxury of time to exercise daily. However, inorder to keep fitt I have a principle of not using the elevator in my office and walking up and down the stairs frequently. Furthermore, when ever I get a call on my official cell I get up from my chair and walk while I talk on the phone.
