I belong to one of the under develop country of the world. My country Pakistan is a very well known country. I love to read books as many as possible. But the problem is no evry person can afford a good book to read. I want to create an online library to help and motivate new readers and writers who who love to read and write.
Exchange new methods to enhance good knowledge for the betterment of our cultures and civilization and most of all for our future

Actually there are a lot of leagel restrictions to complete this plan.
1)Copy Right: we must take the permission of publisher before uploading the book contect in digital format.
Thatswhy it is not possible to upload the latest books to give open access to the users.
We should have the permission letters of Publishers when we are going to upload their books, and for this permission we must pay them and ofcourse for recovering this expense we also provde the access to the users after chaging fee against this online service.

can't we find some other way for this cuz asking permission means we need hell amount of funds at our back and we are doing this for charity not for business and we couldn't ask people to pay for our services cuz our targetted people do not even have credit cards or you know what i am trying to say

I am Samim from your country. By profession I am a Librarian, Its really appreciative that our youngsters are showing the interest in reading books. The best place to develop reading habit is Library. We should try to spend or lesuire time in Library but unfortunately we have no developed library in our society. Te alternate is mow Internet i.e Digital Library.
I am also interested to develop a digital collection, I think we may help each other to make our desire successful.
