Why can't people digest the fact that a guy and a girl be just friends !!

I have observed this in generel. If a guy and a girl are found to be with each other excessively, then the rumors that the two of them are having an affair is bound to spread around. This happens to a greater extent in the corporate culture. What I fail to understand is that why dont people around understand that there is a relationship called FRIENDSHIP that can exist between a guy and a girl ? Why dont people understand that affair is not the only relation between a guy and a girl ?

Yes I have noticed this too. It happened to my son a few years ago and because of peer pressure they started dating. That did not work out at all and almost destroyed a friendship. I talked to both of them and told them to not listen to their friends, be firm and continue to be friends and let everyone else deal with it! They did and they now have a great forever friendship.

by now you should noticed also that you cant please everyone.... just face the fact that that culture is really existing and you cant tell antone what to believe and think..... just be you self and let those other do what they think best for their selves.... anyway it wast your lost... just live life...
