Yes I agree. Most females I know over 50 years of age are not very active while men are still very active. Women are always complaining that they have somewhere aching while you don't hear men moaning that way. Women tend to become fragile!

It depends on person to person Ramya, I think age is not factor for stamina. In village area, I have seen even woman of 70-80 are more active than man. Main reason for stamina is health problem, if a woman or man have any dieses then his/her stamina will automatically come down, and if she or he is free from any major dieses then she/he will be fit for ages. Health, food, family atmosphere, support of children, financial condition are few factors which affect the stamina of man and woman. It is just my opinion...... ok

Both men & women lose stamina after 50 age it Depends on the work & strenth of them. If one is Doing regularly workouts in morning & working well then he will be sure fit & will be normal. but, the people who think that they are aged & they cant walk ,work, run they will lose confiense & they lose their health. I can see the people ladies also who work in government offices & hospitals working hard even at 58 years. Government employees get retirement at 58 years. after retirement also they work do some parttime work because, they were working & they feel bored ar home.
