what r the job prospects for new dentists around the world?

hi guys, when i first joined dentistry for my bachelors programm in 1997, i thought its gonna be very rewarding career. i had interest in health sciences but still i didnt wanted to do MBBS (which is the medicine degree in pakistan).but after doing BDS i am still not settled in my profession. i thought i could get of my country and persue further education in other countries but what i found that in other countries the laws and regulation are getting stricker and stricker day by day. i am not sure is it just with dental profession or is it true with all the professions but i ask all the dentist out there, what do u feel. what r your experiences regarding this. do u feel that its getting difficult to grow in your field.
