What is the most effective weight loss program/diet you did?

I have been a healthy and big child since i was young. I tried several diets when i was in high school and some of them did work. Unfortunately, my weight keeps fluctuating and I would always end up 5 lbs heavier than before. They say because it's in my genes to be fat forever. I'm 34 and a single mom. I don't have any illness related to my size and weight at this time but i wouldn't want that to happen anymore. I found the 3 day diet effective for me (bread, hotdogs, no rice, cabbage soup, etc) but if there is anything else out there that is more effective, i'll be happy o try it. I don't like to exercise and i don't like to take on diet pills. Thanx.

I've found one of the easiest ways to lose weight is to just pay attention to things like serving sizes. Most of time, we eat a lot more than the recommended serving size for a dish. For example, most cans of soup contain two servings. If you go to a fast-food restaurant, don't get the big super burger. Get the smaller hamburger or (even better) something with grilled chicken. Cut out things like mayonaise and cheese and sodas (drink water. it's better for you, and good for your skin too) and you'd be surprised how much weight you can lose.

i lost over 5 stones 27 years ago , I eat anything I wanted and stopped when I had eaten 1000 calories , it was brilliant and I looked like a different person , I had 2 sons aged 15 and 17 and because I had lost all the weight I became pregnant again lol , I have dieted all my adult life , I still do and I am almost 65 ( and still cuddly) I wish I could be happy the way I am xx

no, I'm sorry to say that diets never worked for me! I'm 28, I'm overweight (not of much...), but my body seems to like my weight because I don't go over it...and if I loose some kg it returns in no time to that weight! But I know that this is not my ideal weight. I've tried many diets...but if I loose something, I get it again back later! Only sport is working for me...last summer I've lost 4KG in one month! Yeahhh!

I lost weight by taking a diet pill called xenical(prescription) and I lost 80 pounds in 10 months! I need to lose abother 50 pounds but i am working on it. Try it it works!
