which type of medicine is the best?

hi all of you..In the present day where we have lot of devolopements in medicine and still the side effects are bothering.. Which type of medicine do u people prefer for common ailments Hallopathy? Ayurveda? or Homeopathy?

i prefer homeopathy as it has no side effects and the plus point is that it enhances our body immune system.
