Wow, that does sound like a healthy regime. I go to the gym 5 days a week and do a 5k run every day, as well as using the weights to tone. It is quite a job as well eating the right foods and making sure you bulk up on protein as well as carbs. You can go from the sublime to the ridiculous, you spend all your time worrying about putting on a pound and what chemicals and stuff are in the food you are eating. If you thought about it everything you do in excess is bad for you, moderation in everything. I don't drink or smoke and I certainly do not feast on junk food. But I still make sure I have the fun now, because you could be superfit and tomorrow you could get knocked down by a bus and all for what!

I live healthy and I live well. You honestly work out way too much, and 3 hours a day every day can have negative affects. More doesn't necessarily mean better.

the 3 hours is easy going (not allways 3 hours) 45 minutes in a morning rowing machine or exersize bike rest on weights but a take a good bit of time between lifts and a bit between each set

You might have missed the point of having a healthy lifestyle. While it is true that doing all those healthy stuffs makes up for a healthy lifestyle you seem to overlook that being happy should also consitute such a lifestyle. It is a choice really that you made and nobody really forced you so you expected that all will be fine. The thing is, people do tend to overdo stuffs to a point where they get bored and unhappy. Maybe you worry too much about your health that you tend to forget other aspects of your life. The key here is balance and moderation. If you'd really want to eat something, then go indulge yourself but do have some control. You may establish a sinful day where you can do anything you want and eat anything you want each week or each month for example. Just add some spice and twist to your lifestyle. And remember the key there is happiness.

I used to feel the same way until I became impotent. Smoking and an unhealthy lifestyle just like you described narrowed and scarred my cardiovascular system crippling me in bed. I'm not even gonna tell you how old I am. Stick to the gym and off ciggarettes. Life takes endurance. I spend every day in the gym now but sadly I also spend every night alone.
