can anybody die for a friend

how much will u miss him when he doesnt live i had a friend who died exactly an year back. it was this very day i.e.,29 december when both of us went college together. He used to drive me to college on his bike from my home. we were running late and i had my seminar. this tensed me up even more. i made him overspeed his bike so that we could reach on time. suddenly another friend of ours on his own bike came chasing us. he didnt knew our situation n thought that we were also game for it. Suddenly a truck came infront of that friend and he by some means became unconcious as to wat he was doing. he was sitting still with bike moving. i was crying out loud to him but all in vain. then my friend took a risk n in a split second he kicked his bike aside. but while doing this we lost our own balance and fell down. the next thing i remember is that the truck had come to a halt but only after squashing my friend's body who had skitted ahead with the bike while i had been thrown off it. i cant right more as it hurts but all i want to ask u is that will u ever for any one risk ur life ...
