The last thing I do at night after I turn the light off is close my eyes and then fall asleep ;-)

My fiance & i will usually cuddle up befpre going to sleep.We'll talk about our day-im a sahm, he a carpenter.If hes still up, ill read abit of my book & go2 sleep.

turn off my computer because the last thing i do before sleeping is watch a movie , so i switch off my lite much early than i switch my computer off .
