every new year we will have some hopes, we will start fresh ideas every year, all the learnings from past years failures are stepping stones for new year's success.

i am having so many plans for next year, before i plan for next year i will just analyze how the past year did, what are the achievements, how i did in my career, am i on straight direction or not? how i need to see myself in next five years, depending on all these things i will plan my next year
