Every year end there is all the hype to make our new years resolutions, lose weight, stop smoking, set goals, etc etc etc. How many resolutions have you actually been able to keep? I know I can think back and realize I have probably failed at most, if not all, of them. Am I doing it wrong? Do I need a better game plan or should making resolutions be a thing of the past? What are your resolutions for the new year? I am seriously thinking of resolving not to have any resolutions! haha

Happy New Year! You guessed it, I plan to get healthy and lose weight just like most people are doing. I'm tired of being so self conscience.

I'm with you there! If it's not fun and positive, why bother?

I don't make them so I'm in no chance of breaking them.

That just might be what I do too! Why set myself up to fail?

I find New Years to be a very lame holiday that nearly requires intoxication to be enjoyed,so needless to say, I don't,lol.I stay up and go yay, like everyone else, but it's off to bed right after.I don't make resolutions because I make them all year long if a task is important enough.

I usually don't go out to celebrate, as I don't find much fun to be around so many people who had way too much to drink. Maybe the "new years resolution" is where we set goals too high, instead of small steps.
