How can you tell a love one to stop drinking alcohol every single night?

I've got a family member who drinks every single night and claims shes not an alcoholic but then have I got the right to tell them stop drinking because it is not my life.

You can talk to her, but if they are truly an alcohic, I don't think anything you say will stop them. You could always suggest they got to AA meetings and that you could go with them for support.
