In my opinion, he considers it in Allah's hands and nobody else.
What is your opinion?

I was in Saudi Arabia and we had a hilarious experience. Our salesmen sell on credit terms and when they go to collect it on the due date they say “Insha Allah, Bukra” which means “God willing tomorrow”. After hearing this for two days he got angry and asked if God is not willing when will I get the money. The Arab lost his temper and nearly reported the matter to the police. But the most hilarious thing is if you take something from the shop on credit this “Insha Allah” policy never comes forward. Then they will hound you for the money. There money is definitely in Allah’s hand.
