Do you know somebody that talks non-stop? I have a male mentally-ill neighbor whose mouth runs 24 hours a day, continuously. His mouth never gets tired. You would think he would develop laryngitis, but he doesn't. I call it motormouth syndrome and seems to be common in the area where I live among men who are sitting in their houses. You can hear them outside because some of the houses are so thin and they are loud sometimes.I was wondering if there was something wrong with the water, power lines, or pollution. Some of them use the 'N' word constantly also. so I guess they are racist, too.
