i have lost a few kg just using calorie control and occaisionally 'zig zagging' to give my metabolism a kick start..it works for me, i think everyone has to find something for themselves that they find they can do without too much hassle and they can maintain

I, too, am a Slim-Fast user and I completely agree that it can get a little old after a while! That probably accounts for me not sticking with it like I should :-P One thing that I do whenever I get determined to lose weight is run. Again, I don't stay with it like I should, but it is by far the easiest way for me get results. If I run for even 15 or 20 minutes about 3 times a week, it does not take long at all for me to feel thinner. Luckily, I like to run, but I know that a lot of people do not!
