i want my hubby to have a new job!!

he had a job that pays too low. it's about half of the minimum pay. i cant pay the bills, buy for food, milk for the kids at the same time alone. his salary is good for about 2/3 the price of the groceries that we need. i keep on telling him to look for another job. i feel like he is not doing something. last october we are really in need of money. he keeps on applying that time. and i guess he had about 2 or three job interviews but he is not lucky enough to land for it. sometimes i want to be the one to apply for him. :( this morning i told him to do something himself in order to help me. i dont want to force him for he is also earning. it's just that he's earning is not enough for us. i dont want to nag but sometimes i really cant control myself from nagging. what will i do? is my husband an irresponsible one? i dont want to think this. i guess he is just have low self esteem. i forgot to tell you he is afraid of being interviewed. how will i get my husband into an average paying job? i am not asking him to have a high paying job for he just finished vocational course. i just want him to have a job that is paying fairly...
