Why are you fat?

This is a question that I have been asking myself all night. I have been watching a program on Larry King. He had Oprah and her trainer on the set. Oprah's trainer said that in order to find out why you are overweight you need to find the root of your eating disorder and you need to ask yourself "why am I fat?" He said it has little do with what you eat and more to do with why you are unhappy? So if you are fat, ask yourself why. If you are comfortable, please share your answers. Maybe we can help each other discover why we are fat.

Seems true to me. For me it started in high school. Back then I was chubby so I could hide it with bigger clothes. And people actually thought I was twice as small as I thought I was. Even now I'm slightly chubby, but I've lost all of my baby weight completely. So it's not so cute anymore, lol.

This makes sense to me because I know I tend to eat when I am depressed or bored. So I am working on replacing those feelings with other activities. I also know people in my family tend to do the same thing. We are all working together after the New Year to be supportive and lose are weight together and hopefully permantly
