Should Marijuana be legal in the USA???

Marijuana -Hey at least it's not Crack. - I believe marijuana should be legal in the USA. This should be for medical and recreational purposes.

I think Marijuana should be legal. I don't feel it is anymore dangerous than beer or wine. It is not addictive and does not always lead to "bigger and better" drugs. No more than drinking a beer means you will become an alcoholic. Just my thoughts...what are yours?
