Vacation in Maui

I spent 8 days in beautiful Maui. Did not spend a lot of time laying around or on the beach itself. We did see most of the island did lots of activities.
I am afraid of water and heights, so what did I do...I went parasailing 80 stories high and snorkeling where I could see 180 feet down.
Parasailing was the most peaceful thing I have ever done in my life. My cousin did not want to parasail, but did do it and agrees with me on the peaceful feeling you have when you are up there.
The next time we go it will be less activity and more relaxing. I will go parasailing again when I am there just for that peaceful feeling.

I would love to visit Maui someday as I have heard it is very beautiful there as well. I have visited the island of Oahu a couple of times when I was younger and loved it there too. The weather was great and the people are so friendly and polite there. I remember doing some snorkeling as well and wish that I had done parasailing back then. I just tried parasailing for the first time and loved it last week.
