How Do You Earn Money From Discussions?

Mylot does not reveal the secret of pay structure . hence we do not know exactly how Mylot pays for what . we can just assume from our earnings . if the discussions started by us gets good responses then we earn some money . Mylot says that Quality of the discussion is important . But I feel that both the quality & quantity are required for getting some good amount . It is better to respond in others discussions with quality to earn more . we have to aim for the best response honor so that we maintain the quality .
