What should be the one best step that helps the Indian Cricket team to improve?

i belive its the politics within n also the team lacks confidence they never crave to take a wicket or to score or field.ok i know they should be calm but that does not make them liable to be lazy not to act spontaneously.they must regain the spirit n start enjoying the game rather than enjoying the sponsors.the should try playing with the locals if possible.
