Yes, experience comes with age and at that age you must be regarded as a Sr. or expert in your job and you must be paid accordingly.

but how about those who dont have enough experience? i think those who have broad experience are the one who have the right to demand higher salary and not by age.

no, i dont think so... it still depends, if they think that they have the knowledge and experience they could but it should be sensible.

If you're good at what you do or you have good credentials, when you're 30, you should really aim for something higher than yuppies get.

hm... i think the reason why is maybe they think that the have worked long enough why not make things easier anyway people on the age feels like life's short youknow they want to do many thing their and they need funding for that
