if any body is having experience of more than 10 years in real estate can he change the job at age 51?or can he start his somthing new in his same field?

an experience in real estate of 10 years is worth encashing.as you know the ins and outs of trade can work as estate consultant and make very handsome money.
in india real estate is a booming business due to various concessions from government.real estate development is providing employment to n number of people.
