Right from a school going student to housewives leave alone the working men n women everyone today are stressed physically n mentally.And the time to excercise is limited and the need to relax mind is never felt.Hence young people are incrementally suffering from various stress related diseases. REIKI is one frm of healing wherein one can reenergise n revitalise their mind as well as the physical body. so in right earnest even school going students should be encouraged to start some kind of relaxation therapy be it meditation Reiki yoga, so that they stay fit physically n mentally

spend time with children or pets.its give happy.if u want to relax in mind take meditation or yoga.
