Shocking Crime!

An incident was reported in Chennai(India), about the murder of an 11-year old boy. He was held hostage by three of his friends aged 17,16 & 15 respectively. They strangled the boy to death, when he wanted to go home. The boys had taken the kid hostage for ransom, to buy cellphones & to have a good new year. How do you react to this? How can you ensure the safety of your children?

Well the incident is that of a 'murder' committed by minors. It's a serious thing. It was committed by the victim's friends.
