mmh i never considered an activity to weight loss...but it is possibl you brun calories and so it is possible!!

Rest is good for your body's hormones that regulate hunger and satisfaction with food. It also allows the body to get ready to work again. This is why lack of sleep allows weight gain. Too much sleep probably won't do a whole lot for you unless you need the sleep or something. Regular sleep schedule is much better.
