How do you include a hyperlink in a myLot post?

I have seen hyperlinks in some of the posts here at myLot.
Can anyone tell me how to do it?

not sure what the MyLot prescribed format is, but I learned by mistakes in other forums. Always a good idea to use the full URL.
eg. for my sites I include the 'http://'
http://www.cassette2cd.co.uk
and
http://livewyre.blogspot.com
Cut and paste from your browser address bar, and you should have the complete URL.
