Who enjoys home cooked Indian food?

Indian food is taking the world by storm! Its not uncommon to travel to a foreign country and see indian restaurants that are regularly frequented not only by the indians but also the locals in teh country! Anyone who knows true indian food will know its not just about 'curry'.....how many ofyou enjoy home cooked indian food? I enjoy cooking it - I love the amalgamation of flavours and the merging of all the spices to create the final dish. I can't always make the best chicken tikka masalas...but family and friends visiting will always get a wholesome, tasty, home cooked indian meal
