If you won the lotto for lets say millions what would be the first thing that you would do with it after taxes??I would pay my 10% first.

Buy a house, though I don't think I'd go for a big house, I'd get lost! Although enough room, or more than enough room, treat my family to one if they so desired. By things I've always wanted but money prevented, perhaps give some away.
