What you think about success and victory?

For me success is the steps to achieve the victory. For E.g If I am a bad reader I determine to read the whole back in 10 days.. My success towards it has started but I will land to victory then only if I complete the book by the given time....
What you think about success and victory??

practice makes man perfect ...
if u will work 4 12 hours... then u will pe perfect.
but if u will work 4 24 hours then u will achieve somethink.
no pain no gain
